Ancient Iranian Devotional & Ritual Dances

Fridays 10 – 11 am Pacific, May 1 – 29, No class May 22

Mithraic Rites • Goddess Rituals of Ancient Iran • Iranic Healing Rituals and Circle Dances

This weekly class explores ancient Iranian devotional, prayer, ritual circle, and healing dances. Through movement, breath, and rhythm, we enter practices where dance is used as prayer, remembrance, and embodied healing for the mind and body.

Rooted in Mithraic ritual movement, sacred goddess traditions, and Yarsani devotional practice, this class includes prayer dances, devotional repetition, ritual circle dances, and healing movement designed to support grounding, emotional release, and inner balance.

Each class includes prayer dances, ritual embodied practice, guided devotional sequences, and ritual circle dance work—drawn from the ancient Iranic world, opening a path toward deeper closeness with the divine, nature, and the living essence of the Goddess.

In ritual we gather to reconnect with ourselves, with each other, and with the living intelligence of the body and mind. All are welcome—no experience necessary, come with an open heart.
