Mehregan is the Persian festival of autumn, one of the most ancient Iranian festivals known, when the community gathers together for prayers of thanksgiving and blessings. On Mehregan, friends and family gather to celebrate the beginning of fall and its colors.
Hosted by the Roya Foundation, the 2020 Mehregan Celebration is held entirely online with music, dance performances, and lectures. Includes prizes and auction by Gallery Eshah. Farima and the Simorgh Dance Collective will perform.
The Roya Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides humanitarian, educational assistance, and medical aid to disadvantaged children. Provide aid in the expansion of schools, orphanages, and hospitals towards the betterment of the lives of children globally.
