HeartFest
HeartFest has grown out of the vision to create an event that inspires, expands and empowers the heart’s intelligence. In this highly intellectual age many are hungry to reconnect to the body, and the feelings that show us the way our mind frames our emotions and the corresponding beliefs and meanings that emerge from them. This festival is about renewing and redefining how we can transform our lives and the world, by relating more on a heart level in order to bridge what keeps us alienated from our own heart felt intentions. HeartFest brings music, games, improvisation, storytelling, meditation, yoga, play and much more, in order to honor and highlight the brightest and best your heart desires to express. Simply, HeartFest is about celebrating all things that nourish and uplift the heart and the well being of an individual and community.
