“Everything in dance is poetry. Every movement describes a story, a feeling. The dancer takes the audience into a world of fairy tales.” ~Farima Berenji
DANCE OF THE SOUL combines sacred and mystical whirling, movements, Sufi traditions, and healing rituals of ancient Persia, Turkey, and the Altai Mountains. We will learn both personal and spiritual whirling based on Farima’s archeological discoveries and research, Sufism and its connection to the ancient Iranian Zoroastrianism, planets, stars, sacred flowers, and sacred animals; all which are symbolic meaning in the Universe and opens the pathway to discovering the soul.
Discover the power of whirling and its connection with nature as a gateway for self-growth and spiritual transformation through movement, music, love, and stillness
