Pomegranate Dressing
- ½ cup canola oil
- ¼ teaspoon lemon zest
- ½ cup Pomegranate seeds
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup raspberries
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Mix all ingredients together except oil in medium mixing bowl. After all ingredients are mixed well, slowly whisk in oil.
Pumpkin Crème Brûlée
- 5 egg yolks
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
In small saucepan bring heavy cream to boil.
In mixing bowl mix remaining ingredients thoroughly.
Slowly fold the hot cream in to egg mixture.
Pour mix into small brûlée dishes and bake in water bath in oven @ 325 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool in fridge.
Pour 1 tbls sugar all over crème brûlée and use butane torch to brûlée.
