Today\, Sufis use it as a powerful meditation ritual with music\, poetry\, and movement. Based on this centuries-old Sufi ritual\, whirling can unite mind\, heart\, and body.  \nBefore Coming\n\nPlease wear comfortable clothing and plan to wear socks or soft soled shoes.\nBring water.\nAvoid eating a large meal 1-2 hours prior.\n\nNo experience necessary to begin participating.
